A LITTLE HELP GETTING STARTED
From your idea to the guide.
- Create your free account. Join discussions and share feedback straight away.
- Enquire about a membership. Email your account address and preferred tier to mytoursguide26@gmail.com.
- We confirm payment and activate your plan. There is no online checkout or automatic billing yet. We confirm the price, active period and renewal details before activation.
- Submit your listings for review. Add accurate event details, an organiser link and a photo you have permission to use. We email you when your listing is reviewed.
Good to know
How are uploads counted?
One successfully submitted listing uses one upload, including pending or rejected submissions. Your allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month in Cape Town time. Unused uploads do not roll over. Upgrading increases your allowance without resetting uploads already used.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your account returns to Free access for new uploads. You can still use community features and view your existing submissions. Listings already submitted remain in the approval process; approved listings are not automatically removed when a subscription ends.
What does unlimited mean?
Platinum has no monthly upload quota. Each listing is reviewed, and duplicate, misleading or spam submissions are not accepted. Short-term rate limits protect the service for everyone.
Can I upload a venue or experience?
Yes. Paid upload allowances cover events, venues and activities. Each listing counts towards the same monthly allowance. Free accounts cannot submit listings.
Is approval or attendance guaranteed?
No. Membership does not guarantee publication, response times, ticket sales, attendance, featured positions or search-engine rankings. Our team checks each submission for quality and reliable details.
